Interesting I think not!!

So swimming lessons are far over and we have moved on to bigger and badder things over here in the Manning house.
So this blog is going to be like 5 in one so hold on and get ready for all the fun and amazing things we have going on.... ok not really but here it is.
Lets start with Me I am now officially a stay at home momma and am still trying to get use to not having to be up and out of the house and I don't get a lunch hour a little weird but not bad. I love being home with my boys and having the freedom to do my thing but I am missing the paychecks. I am also not in love with all the housework you have to do I mean when you work you still clean and stuff but there is a nanny here all day doing all the kid pick up stuff and that is crazy!! I am thinking about going back to school and well that is a big deal in its self.
So moving on Chris is still pursuing management even though we have had a few road blocks with it all. Chris has been working a lot and doing great.
Then there are the kids Keagen has finished swimming and moved on to grappling (wrestling and kickboxing mixed) he loves it and is the youngest in the class and has gotten his white belt and moving on the getting his yellow belt we are so proud of our little guy. The we have Ryder who is 1!!! Ahhh can you believe it! He is the little terror of the house and keeps us all on our toes. He is all over the place and loves to flirt and smile at all the ladies.
Well that is all that has been the least bit exciting in our lives.

Confessions of a Bad Blogger

So do you ever get into life so much that it just flies by and you have to go back and think where has the time gone?? Well I logged in today to update my blog and in my mind I have updated it not to long ago to then realize it has been 2 months. WOW!! OOOPS!
You have now realized that not only am I a bad blogger but I am a terrible mom for not updating photos of my children! Ryder is 9 months old I know crazy huh??! He is a really really good baby (here I go on my bragging mom mode bare with me please) He has been crawling all over the place for the last few months and is into EVERYTHING! He especially loves dog food and so our poor dogs now get a certain time they get to eat. He is such a ham here are a few of my babies favorite past times...
Dog Fights weird I know but if he is doing something and the dogs start to wrestle around he stops to watch and laugh.

His Momma (he can't get enough mom time).
His older brother!! He wants to do everything he does and it is to cute.
He loves to not take naps when Keagen is napping cause I am sure he realizes he gets mom time or just does not want to give me or the sitter alone time.
Those are a few of the things that our little out of control, loving, always hungry baby boy loves.
Keagen is another story as you can all see from he is 4 and only has one more year until we enter into the world of School. Right now the most important thing going on in his life is "Swim School " or as all of you like to call it swim lessons. He loves it and is doing super super good. He is also doing a work book and flash cards everyday for an hour with his babysitter and is really enjoying that. We are in a Transformer stage and need to have all there toys and Chris loves that cause they are fun for daddy to play with too. :) Other then that things are pretty same ole with Keagen.
As for Chris and I we are still working and trying to keep our house together with all the craziness no day is a calm day for us but if it were calm and boring life would be no fun right. So I hope that this is a good update and I promise to not take this long before another update.

WAAAA! He is 4!

So I woke up this morning to realize I am now a momma of a 4 year old!! He is such an amazing boy and I could not be more proud of him.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY KEAGEN!! I love you and can't wait to see what year #4 has in store for you.

Road trips, weddings and a little jail time!! What a weekend!

So this weekend we packed up the car and kids and were off to Montana for good friends wedding. We got there fine and the kids did great in the car for it being 7 hours.
The wedding was amazing and so much fun, Keagen and Chris were both in it and looked so handsome. We bribed Keagen before hand to not act up during the wedding and it worked!! He walked down with a big smile and stood right by the best man and then walked down with the flower girl after SO CUTE!! (pictures coming soon) We danced and hung out until about 10pm and then we were off to bed (Ryder was a trooper also). Oh Keagen had 5 little girls around him and chasing him at one time and then got asked to get married and he said "No thank you, Not today" she ran to her dad and cried but later they were married and dancing so cute and what a little stud I have.
So we got up and were on the road by 8:30 the next morning and all I could think is good we will be home early to get ready to start the week off right and not so drained. WELL don't they always say when things are going good watch out?? Well we were going a yes Chris was speeding and got pulled over I was so mad about the ticket and that also proved to be the least of my problems his licenses was invalid and they arrested him!! SO... Mr.Policeman said follow me the jail house is a few miles down the road so I get in and we are off and 55 miles later we were at the jail (yes 55 miles later). I sat there in some small town with both kids waiting to know what was next about an hour and a half later they said you can bond him out here is the local lady or you can call these but they will be here in between an hour and 4. So I call her and I am tired, mad and annoyed at this point while I am talking to her Chris is sitting there watching me through his little bared room waiting to see what is going on and this guy comes in and is listening to everything I say and yes I was not to nice. So I turn to go out and get money and that guy tells me I am the prison preacher and you need Jesus!! Really?!!
So I go to get money and I can't! My nightmare gets better and better and these place only take cash. So I call my mother in law and she has to go to the bank and see what is going on and finds out that our hotel that we prepaid for is holding $240.00 and that is my problem and so she takes the hold off and I finally get money out and back to the jail to find that the bond lady is there and ready for me to sign. I sign we get Chris back and on the road 4 hours later. So our 7 hour drive takes 11 hours to get home.
So Chris calls the DMV this morning to find out that his license is invalid due to an outstanding $10.00 seat belt ticket. AHHH!! So he had to be back in St.Anthony's on May 20Th for court.
Lets just say you "perfect" vacations are only in movies :)!!

I LOVE MY FAMILY!!

So as a mom/wife/employee your life gets a little crazy and often times we forget about the little things in life and what makes us happy. So I thought I would share a few things about each family memeber and what makes them special to and why I love them so much.
First we have Chris husband/father
1. He is the most generous person I know
2. Awesome father
3.Hardest worker ever
4.Loves to make people laugh even though he might cross the line now and then
5.Makes me feel like a princess and puts up with all of my craziness
Then I have Rileigh Stepdaughter/sister
1.Very loving
2.Great big Sister and loves to help with both her brothers
3.Extremily Creative
4.Makes the best out of all the situations
5.Caring friend
Now for Keagen Son/brother
1.Loves to Snuggle
2.Loves to help momma cook
3.Is my man when I need someone to watch his little brother for a sec (he loves "babysitting)
4.Very caring with peoples feelings
5.Loves to have a good time and nothing stops him from that
Last but not least My B-Ryder baby brother/Son
1.Is a total mommas boy
2.loves to give you a big smile
3.Sleeps all night long!!
4.Loves his brother and sister a lot can't stop watching them maybe a bad thing huh??!

So those are just a few reasons why I am the luckiest girl ever and have such a loving wonderful family. I know I just need to take a few minutes everyday to just remeber all these things and also that life is to short to rush through it slow down and breathe.

Keagens traumatizing Tree!!!

It all began with dad's day off. Keagen decided to go out and play with his friends. (A.K.A Frenemies) So we were checking up on him pretty regularly making sure to still give the boy his space. When after about 15 minutes of the last time we checked on him a murderous scream came bursting through the front door. There stood Keagen crying like he never had before. So we try to calm him down for awhile, finally he calmed down enough to talk. We asked him "What happened?". He screamed in pain that a log hit him in the head. Confused Jessi and I asked him to show us. So he took me outside and pointed at the neighbor's house. I see that their tree stump that the use for a fountain is laying in the driveway. I walked over and picked it back up from their driveway to see how much it weighed, it was around 60 pounds. Keagen still screaming we realize he is bleeding a little bit in the back of the head and it was starting to swell. We rushed him to the E.R. to make sure nothing was broken or he didn't have a concussion. (Everything checked out fine.) Only to find out that he had splinters in his butt. (Jessi had the honors of pulling them out!!!) So today Jessi shows up at home only to find the N.P.D (Nampa Police Department) at the neighbors house. He had thought someone vandalized his fountain and broke the pump on purpose. So the cops come over and question us on what happened, so Jessi explained the situation to them. They went back to the neighbor's house and told him that he should make that a little more of a permanent fixture. He later came over and apologized and to make sure Keagen was okay.

THE BABY AND THE BANANA SPLIT!

So Chris and I decided that Keagen was so good that we would treat him to a special treat, so we ate dinner and headed out to sonic for some ice cream. We order ice cream for Keagen, Shake for Chris and a blizzard like for me. We get to the window and the little fat guy says "hey we messed up on this Banana split would you like it for free" (Who passes up free ice cream??) we were like "sure sounds good". So we drive home and are getting out of the car I grab my treat, Keagens treat and Keagen. Chris grabs his shake,the banana split and Ryder...
Then his phone rings and well since his hands weren't that full he thought oh I should get this (men can not multi task like women) Well Keagen and I decided it is cold and so we walk in to the house and right as I turn around Chris is walking towards the door on the phone hands full and right then Keagen slams the door in his face.
Chris still on the phone walks in with a weird annoyed look on his face. He gets off the phone and says "Um... Babe there is a banana split on Ryder" I say "OH let me get that for you" Well he meant like when the door hit them the Banana split landed up side down all over Ryder and his car seat. I start to laugh cause really it is funny but you would think this would make a 3 month old baby cry right?? NOPE! He was sitting there licking his lips just enjoys the "Free" treat.
So needless to say we had a very messy sticky baby,car seat and blanket.
